Every March Lac La Biche puts on an ice race. There is a pro studded class then a rec Chevet class. My room mate Lee raced in the Chevet class. They also have snowmobile drag races. Those snowmobiles rip. Some are worth up to 30 grand. It just goes to show you that up here if there isn't an engine, then it isn't a sport.
